Day 4 On Olkhon Island

🥶🥶🥶🥶 DAY 4 enroute across Lake Baikal.

The Team take a down day on Olkhon Island and prepare for the next leg of the journey, approximately 200km north. Bikes need to be fixed, the UAZ requires a bit of TLC 💝🤗, supplies need to be stocked up 🥫🥫🥫
A Buryat Shaman performs a ritual at the Shamanka, one of the most sacred places in Asia to ask the spirits for protection of the adventurers 🙏They will need all the support they can get as they’re heading into dangerous weather – the forecast gives snow at -20°C ❄️❄️❄️ which means low visibility. The team has to try and travel in a group and rely heavily on their Sena intercom system. Also they are most certainly facing their first night camping out. 🥶😱🐻⛺️

🎬 Down Day on Olkhan Island

Watch as the riders have a day off to get ready for the second half of the trip. While Alexander Hick and the Film Team are busy capturing the stunning scenery at Shamanka on Olkhan Island 🎥 🤩, Max wonders what it actually is they’re doing 🤣 Fritz is his usual entertaining self 🤪😎 and Mark is getting bored 🙄🥱 Sounds like it’s time to break camp again … and head into the wild ❄️🐻🤘and off the radar 🚀🛰🥶
